Are you aware beginning April 22, 2010 any and all contractors working in a home built 1978 or earlier are required by law to have a EPA lead paint certification? Are you also aware that all of their employees working on your home must be trained as well? If your home falls into this age range insist on seeing their certification after 4/22/2010 , before they begin any work on your home.

Our founder is Joe Lesniak, an HVAC and Plumbing MASTER with over thirty seven years of experience. Joe not only works in the trade but also gives back to it. He is an instructor for the State of Delaware Apprentice Program. As an instructor he is expected to stay updated in all the new innovations in the industry, as well as be able to apply that knowledge within his training.
